Design Requests Management

  • What happens after I apply for a design?

    It will be reviewed by your manager. If everything looks good and you’ve provided us the necessary design details, your request is automatically moved to the design team, which will complete it by the date in your monthly subscription plan.

  • What if I receive a multi-component design request with a short deadline?

    We know there are always campaigns where you’ll be dealing with a short project deadline. That’s why we created the “Emergency Designs” package. This package speeds up the process for your multi-component requests. For more information about the “Emergency Designs” package, contact the manager assigned to your project.

  • Can I submit an unlimited number of applications?

    Absolutely. You can order as many designs as you need, as each design is executed within 24 hours or 48 hours depending on your choice of package. (This applies to designs for social networks, covers, and web banners. If you have a more multi-component query, we’ll let you know how much longer we’ll need.)

    Important! We don’t work on more than one design at a time. For example, once design number 1 is completed and approved by you, we begin work on the second requested design.

  • How do I request a design revision?

    If you received a design and it’s not what you expected, simply contact your manager and describe what should be changed. The design team will prioritize its revision and return it to you as soon as possible.

  • How long does it take to complete my design request?

    For social media designs, covers, and web banners, the turnaround time is up to 48 hours for standard accounts and up to 24 hours for professional accounts after application.

    Printable designs: Each design is produced within 48 hours. (This applies to single or double-sided print designs.) Multi-part jobs such as brochures & menus take longer, depending on the number of pages. Print designs are NOT included in the Standard package.

    GIF Images: Each GIF image is produced within 48 hours. GIF images are not included in standard accounts.

    Video Assignment: Video jobs are included in our Premium package. The turnaround time for a video assignment is 48 to 72 hours, depending on the specifics and complexity of the assignment.

  • How many designs can I request at the same time?

    You can add an unlimited number of design requests. We work on them according to assignment date, as each design is executed within 24 hours or 48 hours depending on your package choice. (This applies to designs for social networks, covers, and web banners. If you have a more multi-component query, we’ll let you know how much longer we’ll need.)

    Important! We don’t work on more than one design at a time. For example, once design number 1 is completed and approved by you, we begin work on the second requested design.

    If you decide that a request is a priority, simply let us know.

  • How do I submit a design request?

    Design requests are submitted through our system. They can be submitted both via a computer and mobile device.

  • What details should I provide when ordering a design?

    Provide the following details when submitting each application:

    Design type: (Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, or other)

    Design size:(1080х1080, 1200х628, 1080х1920, or other)

    Text in the design: (title, call-to-action, or other)

    Desired image/Design element: (The elements you want included in the design)

    Preferred colors/fonts: (Color guidelines, Font guidelines)

    The more information and details you provide us, the more we can avoid further revisions.


  • Do you use AI in creating designs?

    Our designers utilize a variety of artificial intelligence tools and software to enhance the creative process when creating graphic elements.

  • Do you offer a video editing service?

    Yes, our Premium Package includes video editing and video creative services.

    Video editing – video manipulation (cropping, rearranging frames, speeding up, slowing down frames and the like, adding music, sound and video effects). Maximum length of the final video – up to 3 minutes.

    Video creative – preparation of video advertising, including graphic elements, stock images and videos. Maximum length of video creative – up to 60 seconds.

    Important: You may submit no more than one video assignment per week.

  • What are the mandatory requirements for placing a video assignment?

    In order for Martian Deisgners‘ designers to complete your video assignment, you need to include some important details when you submit it:

    For video editing: submit the video(s) you want processed and describe specifically which parts of the video you want cut/edited. Detailed guidelines will help our designers to create a video that meets your requirements and expected look.

    Video creative (advertising) – you need to submit the text for the video creative as well as to clarify what footage you want to be present (photos, videos, illustrative). To better guide the designer, you could submit a sample video that comes close to your desired final result.

  • How does the free 7-day trial period work?

    After registering, you can take advantage of our free 7-day trial (calendar days) of our services. During this period, you can opt-out at any time if you feel that the service isn’t what you expected.

    During the free trial period, you can submit up to 3 requests to test our services, workflow, and quality of our designs. Note that 1 request = 1 design.

    We recommend submitting your 3 requests at the same time so we can specify what we require before starting your designs. This will also give you a clear idea of how Martian Designers work. This way, you can choose the best plan for your needs after the free 7-day trial.

    The production of Gifs, printed materials, infographics, and videos aren’t included in the free trial period.

    The 7-day trial is free. You’ll be charged after the 7th day and won’t be required to sign a contract with Martian Designers.

  • What management system do you use, and can I use another platform?

    Working with our system is easy, convenient, and everything is precisely systemized. The initial setup takes a maximum of 3 minutes and is simple to use. You can monitor the status of your application – when it was accepted by the designer, whether someone is currently working on it, and if any details are missing. When your design is ready, you’ll receive an email notification and also a direct notification from the app.

  • What designs don’t you create?

    Our team is professional, but there are still some areas we don’t currently work in, such as:

    • Motion Graphics
    • 3D design
    • UI/UX design
    • Design for mobile applications

  • What does “unlimited designs” mean?

    Martian Designers offer an unlimited number of designs and revisions. This means you can order as many designs as you wish, and we’ll complete them as soon as possible. Once you request the designs, your personal manager will review them. When you provide us all the necessary details, we’ll submit them to the design team.

    Your requests will be executed in order of submission. If you need to prioritize a certain task or change the production order later on, simply notify your personal manager. Each design is created within 48 hours for regular accounts and 24 hours for professional accounts. (This applies to designs for social media, covers, and web banners. If you have a more multi-component query, we’ll let you know how much longer we’ll need.)

    Collaboration and communication with you helps us understand the details of your brand and learn what you want and expect from us. This will help us avoid multiple design revisions. However, when processing is required, we’ll complete this as quickly as possible.

    Absolutely not! After purchasing a subscription, you receive the described services with no additional or hidden fees. There are no penalties if you cancel your subscription plan.

  • How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

    You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your payment period.

    You can cancel by notifying your manager. The cancellation process is fast, free, and requires no documentation.

  • How many different brands can I apply for?

    Standard plan: One brand
    Professional plan: Unlimited number of brands

  • How much is the monthly subscription?

    €297 per month for STANDARD

    Yes, you can. You have full rights over every design you receive from us.

    *Important! We guarantee that every image and every additional element we use in the production of each design is free to use (i.e. is a stock image) to make sure you won’t have a problem. We also assume that the materials you send us are yours or you have the rights to use them. Martian Designers is therefore not responsible if the original images and materials you provide are illegally obtained.
